PardesPool is a talent pool — an intermediary platform between job seekers and employers. You create a profile and become visible to employers across Ukraine and Europe who are actively looking for people amid a real labour shortage. Employers who like your profile contact you directly — with no middlemen.

A profile in the pool significantly raises your visibility: because of the labour shortage, employers in Ukraine and Europe are actively hiring right now, and the pool is exactly where they look for candidates. The final decision to contact and hire you always belongs to the employer.

The first 3,000 job seekers register free. Later registrations pay a single one-time fee (around $1.20). There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or commissions.

After the first 3,000 free registrations, the one-time fee helps keep the talent pool genuine and reduces spam and fake profiles.

Employers who find your profile can reveal your contact details and reach out to you directly by phone, email, or messenger. Your contact information is only shown when an employer chooses to reveal it.

After you verify your email and complete the required fields, your professional profile is visible to everyone browsing the talent pool — above all the employers it is intended for. Your contact details stay hidden until an employer chooses to reveal them.

Yes. From your profile you can export a copy of all your data or permanently delete your account, profile, uploaded CV, photo, and contact details at any time.

If your registration requires payment, the fee grants access as soon as it is confirmed. Because access is provided immediately after your consent, the fee is generally non-refundable except where required by law.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Your verified profile is visible because you voluntarily publish it so employers can find you. We use service providers only where needed to operate and understand the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics supplies aggregated, cookie-free traffic and performance statistics and states that it does not collect or use visitors' personal data. For paid registrations, crypto is sent directly to an in-app deposit address; we store the address, amount, and public transaction data needed to confirm payment, but never your wallet private keys or card/bank details.
