Terms of Service — PardesPool

1. What PardesPool is

PardesPool is an online talent pool — an intermediary platform between job seekers and employers. Ukraine and other European countries are facing a real shortage of workers, and employers there are actively looking for candidates from abroad, including India, Pakistan, and other Asian countries. A profile in our pool makes you visible to those employers and raises your chances of being found and contacted directly.

2. Our role

We are an independent platform — not an employer, recruitment agency, staffing firm, or immigration adviser. Employers who find your profile reach out to you directly, and any arrangement is made between you and them — with no middlemen and no commissions on our side.

Hiring happens directly between you and the employer

PardesPool opens the door: your profile is visible to employers across Ukraine and Europe who are actively looking for workers. Employers make their own hiring decisions and deal with you directly — we are not a party to those agreements and do not verify employers, so always check any offer carefully before accepting it.

3. Your responsibilities

When you use PardesPool, you agree to:

Provide accurate, truthful information in your profile.
Keep your login details secure and not share your account.
Not post unlawful, misleading, or offensive content, or impersonate anyone.
Deal with employers directly and carry out your own checks before accepting any offer.

4. Registration fee

Access to the talent pool requires a one-time registration fee (approximately $1.20), processed securely through our payment provider. Because access is granted immediately, the fee is non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Hiring decisions are made solely by employers, so we cannot promise any specific outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PardesPool is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the platform or from your dealings with any employer or user.

6. Content you provide

You keep ownership of the content you upload. Publishing a profile is your own voluntary action, taken with your consent — we never publish anything on your behalf. By adding content to your profile, you grant us permission to display it in the talent pool so employers can find you. You alone are responsible for the information you choose to publish there.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms or misuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time from your profile.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
