How PardesPool works
- Register and pay the one-time registration fee (~$1.20).
- Complete your profile with your skills, experience, and availability.
- Your profile becomes discoverable to employers browsing the talent pool.
- Interested employers contact you directly — no middlemen.
Hiring happens directly between you and the employer
PardesPool opens the door: your profile is visible to employers across Ukraine and Europe who are actively looking for workers. Employers make their own hiring decisions and deal with you directly — we are not a party to those agreements and do not verify employers, so always check any offer carefully before accepting it.
