We do not share your personal data with third parties

PardesPool is an intermediary platform between job seekers and employers. Your profile appears in the talent pool only because you voluntarily published it there so that employers can find you — we never publish anything on your behalf. We do not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties: being discoverable in the pool is the very service you chose.

1. Who we are

PardesPool is an intermediary platform that connects job seekers with employers: you voluntarily create a profile in a publicly browsable talent pool so employers can discover you. We act as the controller of the personal data you provide to us.

2. What we collect

We collect only the information needed to run the talent pool:

Account details — your name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash).
Profile information — skills, experience, education, availability, location, and anything else you choose to add.
Files you upload — your CV and profile photo.
Contact details — phone and messenger handles, shown to employers only when they choose to reveal them.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to:

Display your profile in the talent pool so employers can discover you.
Operate your account, process your one-time registration fee, and provide support.
Keep the platform secure and prevent abuse.

4. Who can see your data

Your professional profile is visible to everyone browsing the talent pool — above all employers, who it is intended for. It is there only because you voluntarily published it for exactly that purpose: being found is the service you signed up for. We ourselves do not pass, sell, or rent your personal data to any third party. You decide what to include in your profile, and you can delete it at any time. Your contact details remain hidden until an employer chooses to reveal them. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider; we do not store your payment details.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your profile, uploaded CV, photo, and contact details.

6. Your rights

You have control over your data. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. PardesPool gives you tools to do this directly:

Export — download a copy of everything we hold about you as a JSON file.
Delete — permanently erase your account and all associated data.

You can use both from your My Profile.

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in, remember your language, and protect the site against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
